Purpose of the Job

After a successful first phase implementation of our new development plan on the French Market, we are taking the next steps in our expansion plans. For this purpose, we are looking for one or more Senior Client Advisor(s) to complement our existing and fast growing business on the French Market. The successful candidate(s) will work as part of our Quintet Luxembourg French team, will be based at our office in Luxembourg, with travels in accordance with our Cross Border policy. She/he will have a specific focus of acquiring UHNWI by leveraging the full value proposition of Quintet Private Bank. 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Acquires new target group clients through the effective use of own network of prospects 
  • Provides holistic wealth and investment advice to support the achievement of the clients’ (financial and life) objectives
  • Drives revenues and other commercial objectives through long term and proactive relationship management with clients and prospects, based on trust and distinctive service
  • Acts as a role model for business ownership and risk management in line with our core values and does not compromise on our high ethical standards in interactions with each other, clients and regulators
  • Creates a partnership culture within the team and between other teams to deliver Quintet’s overall value proposition to clients.

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Relevant education linked to Wealth Management or Private Banking, and strong longstanding experience in successfully acquiring and servicing French UHNWI/HNWI 
  • Likely to have background in investment banking, asset management, wealth planning or a family office, preferably having some international experience
  • Familiar with defining the right advisory and/or discretionary investment solutions using a broad range of financial instruments and lending, while collaborating with products and service teams across our organisation in Europe
  • Life insurance expertise and Wealth planning knowledge
  • Strong experience and capabilities of bringing sustainable investing and ESG factors into the client dialogue and into client portfolios
  • Understands risk within context of the role and meets the regulatory obligations as applicable
